Our Work Culture
At Generation Hope, we believe that our team is the most important asset to achieving our mission and we work vigorously to create a fun and collaborative workplace. Around here, we don't just work together, we also celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries, host Friendsgiving Feasts, play interactive in-person and virtual team-building games, tackle Escape Rooms, share hobbies, and make valentines to name a few. And by the way, we start most meetings with quick and fun energizer. We have learned that when you work for people and a cause you care deeply about, it doesn’t take long to build trusting relationships.
