Courtney Taylor-El

Director of Dallas Programming

After completing her Social Work degree at Winthrop University, Courtney began serving in the non-profit youth development space in 2013 with Boys & Girls Clubs of York County, South Carolina.

She continued her journey in this space in Dallas Fort-Worth, pursuing leadership and professional development roles with Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington, Dallas Afterschool, Kids-U & Girls Inc of Metro Dallas. This heart-work ignited her passion for providing data-driven programming to help youth & young adults succeed academically, overcome poverty, & become independent adults.

Courtney currently serves as the Director of Dallas Programming with Generation Hope supporting the implementation of our Scholar program to ensure seamless team management and development, program delivery, quality control and evaluation.
